Thank you all for your input. I'll try fooling with my monitor resolution and then logging in to PP, to see how that affects the displays.
As an aside, I tried 3 tables today, for the first time. Here's and interesting stat in that regard:
when 2 tabling i average seeing about 30% of the flops.
when 3 tabling, i average seeing about 20% of the flop.
The net hands played is thus the same, but the quality of the hands played has improved dramatically. No more Q,10, or K, J off suit, as I am now to busy with better hands to play them. sounds almost snotty doesn't it.

oh god dude, you need discipline, not more tables.

QT, KJ are poor hands in most situations. As a beginner I would avoid them at all costs. OK, not all costs, if you're getting 7:1 preflop, KJ looks pretty good but you have to improve at some point in the hand.

I'd suggest a good dose of the strategy forums or some 2+2 books if you don't want to wade through it all.
