Starting tomorrow morning at 9:00 am Excalibur Poker room is going non-smoking. Now if they could just do something about that buffet...

How about that! I walked out of there on Tuesday because it was too smokey, spread limit wasn't worth dealing with that much smoke.

I played at the Sahara as well that same day, I would have played for much longer but a chain smoker to my right made the game misserable for me. It didn't matter that the smoker was paying me off with his bad decisions, I just couldn't take it after a while.

I was just there last weekend, but it's good to know for my late September trip

i was there a 3 weeks ago... first time i played a 'spread limit' was fun playing all night, first time i did that besides online... i think the smoking is OK as long as i keep getting my comped drinks PROMPTLY... which it seems as if they are really slow on the drinks w/ the poker players..i got my drinks 2x as fast playing a little black jack there

Was out making the rounds yesterday and discovered that Mandalay Bay and Luxor have gone non-smoking as well.

Add Monte Carlo to the list of casinos that just went non-smoking. I wish I'd known about Luxor and Mandalay Bay - I avoided them this weekend because of the smoking aspect.

I heard about them going non-smoking and wrote a little thank-you to info@excalibur.com I didn't really expect anyone to read it, but they actually wrote me back. It seems like alot of people are pro non-smoking. Or I guess that's just anti-smoking.

Good morning. Yes, we did change to non smoking and we've received many
positive comments. Thank you! We look forward to having you as a guest
in the near future.
