Default Lets Play \"Who is the moran\"

Stars $20 180 player SNG
Don't have a HH so this is from memory but very acurate.
Blinds 25/50
Moran #3 1,500 A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Moran #1 1,800
Moran #2 1,400

Moran #1 UTG call 50, Moran #2 MP call 50, Moran #3 Raise to $150 Moran #1 calls, Moran #2 calls. Pot=525

Flop: 5 A Q rainbow
Analysis: these player have been playing with any two suited, any A. They could have anything.

Moran #1 Bets 100, Moran #2 calls 100.
Analysis: small bets into that size pot. Probably caught a piece of it ie. Qxs Ax So a pot size bet should take it down. AA and QQ unlikely given limp in and small bet/call.

Moran #3 raises to 750
Moran #1 calls, Moran #2 raises all in.

Analysis: Hmmm looks like Moran #3 is SOL but with a stack of 600(M=4) with blinds about to go up and a pot of 3275 pot odds are better than 5:1 so push. But what could they have?

Moran #3 allin, Moran #1 calls

Moran #1 shows AQo
Moran #2 shows 55
Moran #3 shows AQs

Turn - brick River - brick
Moran #2 wins

Questions:
Right size raise preflop?
Right size raise on flop?
Right call by Moran #3 of allin/reraise by Moran #2?
