Im really leaning towards the new Paulson James bonds 500 set for $550. Is there any other Paulson sets of 500 I can get for that price??

As of now, there are only 3 options for the new home Paulsons:

1. James Bonds at apache poker

2. Trademark Stock Paulsons - coming 4/17 ($1.25 per chip according to the site)

3. Pharaoh's Club Custom Group Buy - estimated cost 0.90 per chip
Pharaohs Club --- link fixed

Otherwise you gotta buy them used from someone.

Edit: since buying thru a store is important to you, current plans for Pharaoh's Club chips are to set up a deal with a vendor so people can get their chips from them. TenPercenter is running the group buy, you can ask him for details.

Despite other posts to the contrary, I've found the Paulson James Bond chips on-line at Spinetti's -- 99 cents per chip. Apache is not the only site, and Spinetti's is cheaper.

(Note -- I am not a shill, just passing along info that I've gathered as I shop around.)

Once the group buy period is over, I believe estimates were 10 weeks to the retailers door, so figure on about 11 weeks to your door, rough estimate.

Long time, not as long as pokerchips.com, but if the mold is done right, these chips will go from ~.90 cents a piece to immediately being worth ~$1.25 a piece a few weeks after they arrive.

It's a wise investment.

To bad you didn't get in on the jb group buy on the other forum. I paid $400 for 500 chips. Pretty good deal.
