never used IGM pay and have question

i have never used IGM pay. if i were to sign up for a party skin could i use IGM pay to get the IGM pay bonus and also use an affliate bonus? thanks.

also how long does it take to get an igm pay account set up and the moeny in your acount?

Takes a couple minutes to set up, but then you have to wait a couple days for to confirm the 2 small deposits they make inot your account.
