Default looking for a beer to cry in

Or why I shouldn't play in two tournaments at one time.

Playing in the Stars limit freeroll, this afternoon. I fully expected to get knocked out inside of an hour, so I registered for the NL freeroll on Paradise. Long story, boring, when the second tourney started the damn pop-up windows caused me to fold pocket Kings and miss winning a huge hand.

I would have flopped the set and gotten some sweet action from the guy that won the pot with pocket Aces.

Increase the screen resolution on your monitor, or get a better one it will save money.

that would have been the wise thing to do.

Alas the new monitor is not an option as the boss is too cheap to spring for one and I don't think he'd buy the reason I need one

He ran his entire business off a 386 25meghertz wiht a 40 meg hard drive till 5 years ago.

Talking him into DSL was like pulling teeth.

I am going to drag him into the 18th, kicking and screaming if I have to.

If you're a Gael, then why not try a Celtic brew like Fraoch. It's a heather ale from Scotland - very nice. Got a flowery nose to it, tastes beautiful. You might like it.

Sadly no. I'm still at work, and the local Bev Mo doesn't carry it.

I also can't seem to find any place online that ships it.

The search continues....
