Default Euorbet (re: Hand History problem) please help

Still not working obviously. This is not new news. Could you send a message to them saying you want them fixed.

I sent an e-message to them:

"Hello, I cannot get any hand histories from my inbox, it says Hand History not available.
What is the problem and when will it be fixed?"

And the reply:

"Thank you for contacting us,

Please note that no other problems have been reported regarding the Poker hand histories.
We kindly suggest you to go to the Poker lobby again, click on My Account and select "Request Hand History". "

Kind regards
Marcos

Eurobets HH's are almost worthless - just use PT and import them from your hard drive.

They haven't worked for at least a week now. Last message of 3 I sent them, I said this was irritating and I was just going to switch skins if they were so unable to fix the problem, then they said they didn't like my rude language.

You don't have to do that. Just choose File->Party and affiliates tournament results - manual entry.

It takes 5 secs/tourney.

Yea, my internet has been acting up and giving me connections problems, and when I request the HH to see how I lost some monster pots, I get the "This Hand History is not available" message. It's seriously pissing me off.

Yea, but then you don't know who is making money. I like knowing who is having a bad month and who is tearing it up and unless I win, i won't have the results.
