What is this all about. I've seen the option at Party but don't know what it does.

Re: Shuffle Show Cards
It allows u to shuffle showcards before turning your cards up at showdown. This is so your opponent can't know exactly which two cards you started with (as they would if you didn't select this option).

Another question???
[ QUOTE ]
What is this all about. I've seen the option at Party but don't know what it does. [/ QUOTE ] You start out with 2 hole cards, and then end with another one, giving three total. If you shuffle them, your opponent can not be sure what order you received your cards in.. Just like at a casino, if you turn your hand over, your opponent will not know what your original two cards were if you were to shuffle them before showing.. I have a question, are they shuffled if they are not shown?? I have never investigated this.. That is, if your opponent were to go back and look at a hand that was not shown at showdown, but went and looked at the hand history, would that be shuffled as well? |

Re: Another question???
that question, whether the history would reflect the 'shuffling', is where the contention in scags' hand came from.
the villian was adament that he had him beat before the river while the HH and from what everybody saw contradicted that point. the fact that the history would also be 'shuffled' kind of bothers me a little bit.... |

Re: Another question???
I agree, even if he did have the straight before hand though, I did have him boardloacked even though he argued I didn't. Regardless he drew out on the river for a better low. Yeah, I think that is kind of dumb that it even shuffles in the hand history.
