When I signed up the T&C said the pot needed to be $20. Probably not bad if you're 2/4 or higher. Otherwise looks like you're in for a long haul.

Wow, that is good news. I used to look foward to this bonus every month, and I am a low limit player.
So last month I tried Blackjack and Ponton to try and clear the bonus and busted out.

Has anyone ever actually gotten an email back from these people, when you have written to ask them a question. I'm just wondering if I should keep the faith and wait for a response.

Actually, they raised the bar. [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] A hand must now be raked $1 or more to qualify ($20 pot or greater). Hopefully there will be some relief from this based on their statement, referenced by another poster above, that they're going to do something to help low stakes players clear the bonuses.
