Default Stats for NL 400 game on ps, I suck at game selection

Hey all,
Clearing a bonus on pokerstars, I play 2/4 and 3/6 on there, right now I'm on 4 tables of NL 400 and all the tables have stats of right around 24/6, is this viewed as a hard game? standard? I got no clue, thoughts?

Side note: this is of course discounting play after flop etc. Just curious about average 9 or 10 table stats on "normal games" for this level.

these games the more they fold the better they are.. cause you gotta dominate the table to crush it

usually if people start reraising you preflop a lot, and not letting you steal blinds after blinds, then leave
