Default PL25 hand - would you fold this low draw?

Fish is a fish ( )who values hands as if playing hold em but has got lucky recently. Mike Tyson is very aggressive with marginal holdings. No reads on John Smith.

Fish ($41) (BB)
Mike Tyson ($26) (UTG+1)
Hero ($36) with A 3 T Q (1-suited to Q) (MP2)
John Smith ($6) (CO)

Preflop:
Fold to Mike, Mike calls, Hero calls, fold to John, John calls, fold to Fish, Fish checks

Flop: 2 8 J (rainbow)
Fish bets 0.25, Mike raises to 1.50, Hero calls, John calls, Fish calls

Turn: 2 (4th suit)
Fish bets 0.25, Mike raises to 4.50, Hero calls, John calls, Fish calls

River: J

Fish checks, Mike bets pot, Hero folds, John calls, Fish folds.

Mike shows 88xx, John mucks

I would have folded the turn bet. You have no prospects of winning the high side so you are essentially risking 4.50 to win around a dollar. I think it's fair to assume one of your two opponents has either a 2 or J at a minimum.

You have very little to win and almost everything to lose in this scenario.
