Re: 77 on the bubble
[ QUOTE ]
Even good players usually cant bring themselves to push junk like 62 though. [/ QUOTE ] shoving from the sb any DECENT player is pushing 100% of his hands. including 62o. holla |

Re: 77 on the bubble
no, i was suggesting loosening it beyond just maniac, depending on how often he is raising.
And do you not feel that 0.8% difference is enough to warrant an easy call if he is indeed pushing any two? (which he does not appear to be doing) |

Re: 77 on the bubble
this is wrong. calling with 77-99 here simply can NOT be profitable. 1010 is VERY close imo, and i would probably fold it. holla

Re: 77 on the bubble
[ QUOTE ]
when i run this hand through eastbays calc. it shows a negative ev$ with the raiser on maniac. it lists calling hands as JJ+. [/ QUOTE ] ah, you finally hit it. call with JJ+ AQs+. fold AQo. fold AJs. fold 1010. your edge comes from making these folds, and by abusing the other medium stacks. you are certainly not in desperation mode. fold here, and shove the next 2 hands in a row. there. you more than made up for it. holla |

Re: 77 on the bubble
[ QUOTE ]
what buy in is this? How good exactly is this guy? if this is me, I'm pushing any two in the SBs spot making this a correct call with 77. Even good players usually cant bring themselves to push junk like 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] though. [/ QUOTE ] yeah, your assessment is a little faulty here. Sb is correctly pushing any two in this situation. |
