Default *OFFICIAL* Hurricane Katrina thread

Damn as of 1pm CST pressure is down to 902mb and winds of 175.

If you dont know how strong this storm is Hurricane Andrew was its most powerful at 922mb and Camile at 909. Its is stronger than both of these and as of now the 2nd strongest storm in the history of the US. The Labor Day storm was at 892mb at its strongest was the strongest ever. This storm is only going to get stronger so we should seriously pray for these people who are in harms way. Take care all and God be with you.

If anyone is sticking around in New Orleans, please film the hurricane and post it on OOT for us to watch. Thanks. I think it would be a neat video to watch.

I just love that one of the worst hurricanes ever shares the same name as me.

Having gone through Hurricane Andrew all I can say to everyone in New Orleans is do everything possible to protect yourself. This storm is a monster.

I wish everyone who lives in that area the absolute best.

And I also ecourage everyone on this board to get your donations ready, these people lives are going to be turned completely upside down and will need every bit of help possible.
