I like many of the songs in this thread, but I'm not really embarassed by any of them, 'cuz they're just good catchy songs.

Probably the closest thing is the theme song from Laguna Beach, I believe by Hilary Duff.

off the top of my head, i beleive in a thiong called love, by the darkness. this is because it was so popular a couple of years ago, and i hate anything really popular, and composed post-2001 as a general rule. but then i heard it and realised it's an awesome song.
