what is the best small stakes tournament book???

I was wondering what the best book for small stakes tournaments would be? I have seen a lot of tournament books but was wondering from people who may have read any of them what you would suggest? thanks for the help.

Harrington on Hold 'em Book 1 is excellent and applies to small-stakes tournaments. Everyone seems to thinkv HoH2 is equally good though I don't have it yet.

Getting Started in Hold 'em has much less tournament-specific coverage but is also good if you're fairly new to NLHE.
