Ok, so when I played this hand I wasn't thinking straight. I thought all of my 3s were showing. So the 4th street raise was really really scary. Now, when fifth gets checked around I realize that all of my 3s aren't showing and I feel like a complete moron.

Did you fold because you figuref you had a maximum of 7 outs (3, 6, 6, T, 7, 7, 7) if he had trip 9's or were you scared of quad 9's on 6th?

I'd 3-bet 4th, and I'd at least call and see if I filled up. I'd probably call on the river even if I don't fill, but it's close.

I would probably call this down as I couldnt necessarily put him on trips. He could have been raising on the come with a straight draw or just have a high pocket pair

I would reraise 4th & bet out 5th (unless capped on 4th).
The pot would then be big enough so that i would be forced into calling 2 more bets on 6th & 7th

Yeah, I wasn't planning on playing this hand. So I wasn't paying too good attention, then all suddendly I have trips and I didn't react too well.

I posted because I wanted to see if anyone would take HUGE offense to my fold.

I'm trying to find folds when I used to insta-call.
