I don't really see any value in a bet anywhere. I'd play it the same.

I was folding the turn to a bet, and calling the river if he checked the turn and bet the river. Seem good?

Yeah I think so. I still can't see worse hands someone sane is capping out of position like that, but if he checks the turn and the river... he's unknown, if he aces full so be it. He played it weird enough for me to look him up.

I definitely bet the turn. Followup with a river bet is optional.

I can see betting the turn. I cannot see why I'd ever bet the river if he called the turn.

Look at all the strength SB shows preflop. Now he did cold cap then check the flop and turn, but is that enough to label the guy an idiot and expect him to call down with K or Q high? I really don't think so.
