KQo is an autoraise preflop UTG? Since when?

I think you'll find the significant majority of experienced posters here open-raise KQo in every position. It's really not that interesting a question, and limping is probably okay (and folding's not that far off either). It just seems that with time many here tend toward a more aggressive pre-flop style than is indicated, say, in SSH. It has proved successful in numerous cases.

I can't deal, at the moment , with the question as you posed it...

I can deal with the hand as it ought have been played.

Raise preflop.

Bet/3 bet/call a cap on the flop. jam it now your hand is a monster

Bet/3 bet/call a cap on the turn. jam it your hand is a still a monster

God knows what the river would look like if the prior streets were played as described but in the instant case probbaly call 1 bet and expect to lose.

It is not often that you get such monsterous hands. When they appear you really must jam them.

Exactly. The real message of this hand should not be about the river. It should be that hero severly underplayed his hand on the early streets, particularly against multi-way fields.

(Hero should realize he has 14 outs to two pair, trips, or the nut flush on the flop (=huge equity edge 3 way or more), and 13 outs to the nut flush or a very likely good full house on the turn (almost neutral 3 ways and a clear edge once you consider you may have the best hand)).
