Default Another blind steal, Top pair, villain donks the turn

Villain is new to the table, but so far has played almost every hand.

Given his looseness, a blind steal is probably ill-advised. Be that as it may...

I like raising versus donkbets, so much of the time it is something like middle-pair which picked up a straight draw etc. It does, however, put you in a tough spot when 3-bet.

If he hadn't done anything out of line I would fold here.

No one wants to comment on preflop? It looks pretty close and I'm curious what others think.

Edit: I raise it, but would be interested if anyone didn't and why.

I think this needs to be raised preflop, against someone who defends 95% its more for value with position then a "steal".

I like a turn raise but I think its close. I fold to the 3 bet without a read at 3/6.
