Re: moving up?
1200 is very safe for a winning player at 50NL, I'd even venture to say 1200 is doable at 100NL, if you know you can beat it and play a somewhat conservative style.

Re: moving up?
Hey Pitt,
1200 is more than enough for the NL50's. I would say you would probably want about 2000 before you venture into the NL 100's though. From what I have seen, the play is even a little worse at the 100's which would definitely make variance an issue. Good luck. |

Re: my numbers at 25nl if that matters.(all 6 handed)
I'm assuming bb/100 is in big blinds here and not big bets. My VPIP is slightly lower for 6-max (around 18%), but that could be because I'm borderline rockish. You'll find at higher limits that there will be lots more folds to you on the button, where you can raise to steal blinds preflop/bet flop. Expect your PFR to jump up to around 8%. Stats look appropriate for the $25's though. Take a shot and see what happens, you have the bankroll for it.

For six max, PFR 4% is too small, I'd bump it up to 8-9%. For a full ring game it's still a little on the short side, your best bet is between 5-6%

For 6 max you're folding off a lot of value. this forum continually amazes me; everyone always says looseness is the biggest sin of new players and then I hear people wondering why they're losing playing <10% of hands. I guess it takes all types... fim |

Re: moving up?
You have enough. But I'll prefer to have very much more bankroll if stepping up to NL$100, something like $3000 to $4000, because the play there is much tougher.
