Default Best way to approach this turn?

I don't deal with these spots too well vs the raise or fold type.

I hate my preflop play now, and am much better at avoiding these type of situations now(hand is from this summer).

10/20 live game, I open limp in MP with AJs. Play was pretty passive at this point-my crappy justification at the time.

Young swede who has won a decent amount without showing down a hand yet makes it 100. I call, HU.

Flop something like 974, flush draw, but not mine. check check. Turn is a jack. He is the raise or fold type, what is my best plan now?

Effective stacks around 3500.
