Default Axs in SB

Live 15/30 game. Ad5d in SB. Fish limps in early position, OK player raises in middle position. 2 cold callers (neither seem good players), I call, BB calls, we take the flop 6 handed.

Flop: Q x x with two diamonds

check to the raiser, who bets, two callers, and I raise. It was intended to be a raise for value, but I've been screwing this up recently and tonight was no exception. 1 fold, preflop raiser three-bets, everyone else folds and I call.

Turn is an A.

Check-bet-call.

River is a 5.

My play?

Default Re: Axs in SB

What are the x's, is it possible he made a set? Otherwise, I donk-bet the river, and 3-bet if he raises. Also, how much of a fish is he really, what are his stats? Can you put him on AQ?
Edit: Of course, I just realized I'm in the wrong forum, so take my advice with a grain of salt.
