Re: TT hand
Fold. Assuming the UTG has legitimate raising hands (AK and high pocket pairs), he/she will be more likely to hold a high pocket pair than an AK. Plus the fact that there is one caller so far and one more player left to act, TT does feel a bit shaky.
By the way, take a look at BisonBison's hand convertor as this will make the hand history more "pretty" and it will also remove the usernames of the players. |

Re: TT hand
Thanks for the reply,
I did fold but I was actually more worried by the flat call than the preflop raisers bet, as he raised 3 into a pot that was just over 7 dollars which felt alot like missed overcards. In the end the preflop raiser checked the turn and the other player bet 3 an took it down so know idea what he had. Just felt that after the weak turn action I might of been ahead afterall. Paul Sry, im a newbie. Ill use the converter next time. |

Re: TT hand
I agree that the flat caller is more of an issue. If he had not called, I would definitely have raised the bettor all-in on the flop. His stack is very small and he is likely making a play at the pot. More often than not, you have him beat. I know he raised UTG -- but I am making the assumption, based on his small stack, that his UTG standards are not necessarily those of a rock. Ax or two face cards is more likely here than a big pocket pair.
As it is, with a cold caller, you are still stuck with raise or fold... I might have raised -- even with the two players -- but folding is also a fine decision. I think the cold caller could also have two over cards (or a draw) -- he is not afraid of the bettor but may fear raising because you are behind him. Did the hand go to showdown? What did they have? |
