Gee, I manage to keep myself plenty busy with non-gambling-related activities. In exactly what area did you find the Twin Cities lacking?

You know, I'm not quite sure why I wrote that last part about MN. I'm sure that you can find whatever you want to do in downtown Minneapolis. In fact, I was hoping to visit a sushi bar there but we never made it.

Canterbury is a really nice choice for poker anyway, the games are very fast and very loose.

On the east coast, Turning Stone if you JUST want to gamble, Niagra if you want to gamble and have a night life (Niagra is 19+ though).

Yeah, if you said that there isn't anything to do besides gamble in Shakopee, I wouldn't argue too much. Sushi is decidedly not my thing, but I am told there are good places in the area.

Now if you could only get a decent submarine sandwich around here....

I plan on going up to the RiverRock up in Canada to play. I hear they have 1/2 and 3/6 NL and 4-8 through 50-100 limit on weekends.

For future replies to the thread, if you guys could not only name the casino, but where it is actually located, that would be great. I'm just not familiar with some of the locations.

All of the cardrooms around seattle are 18+ to gamble (up to 12-24 limit). I think the tribal casinos (which have bigger games as well as NL) are 18+ as well, but I'm not sure about that part.

Lots of [censored] to do in seattle, but its not the best place to try and drink underage.
