Top pair and flush draw against 70/40/2.5 lunatic
This guy was 70/40/2.5 at the point this hand was played, he eventually calmed down to 55/33/1.8 but that what I knew at the time.
Prima network 50/1 6 max. I have J7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] on the BB, 5 are 5 handed lunatic is UTG. Lunatic raises, MP cold calls, i call with J7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] in the BB. (3.25 BB) Flop is J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 4 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] I lead out, lunatic raises, MP folds, I 3 bet, lunatic caps, I call. it was fairly common for him to riase a flop with little or nothing, or drawing super thin, but he didn't cap it very often. Now I'm starting to worry, this is further than he normally goes. (7.25 BB) Turn Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] I check and call (9.25 BB) River T [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] I check and call (Final pot is 11.25 BB) Anyone do anything different here? Re: Top pair and flush draw against 70/40/2.5 lunatic
I checkraise the flop and hopefully trap MP for 1 or 2 bets. Your equity is huge.
If I decided to go the bet/3-bet way, then your line is perfect. |

Looks good to me. Check-raise if your flush hits.
