Default donked without any particular reason

Why do these hands always occur when I've just sat down, and have no read at all on anyone?

5/10, six handed. I get 10s6s in bb. UTG limps. All fold to sb, who complets.

Flop is Qh5d6d. SB checks. I bet, both call.

Turn is 8s. SB bets. I fold.

Was this bad?

I don't mind folding the turn. Sure it'll be a turned straight draw or air, but it'll be a 8 more often I think. You also gotta worry about UTG.
