That's a pretty coordinated board. If you weren't going to re-raise the flop, I would definitely raise the turn to something like $400.

Value bet the river an amount you think KT or JT will call.

Preflop- Fine
Flop- Pop it up to $200.
Turn- Raise to $400.
River- Tough to tell given the way you played this hand, but Id probably value bet $275 here.
