Most of you will disagree with me I'm sure but I thought "Ladies Man" was absolutely hysterical... There are so many great one-liners in that movie

The Island turned out pretty good, and I didn't think i'd like it at all from the trailer.

Ladies man is awesome!

"I'll wrestle you, Greco-Roman style!"

"Lets cut his ****in balls off!"

I gotta rent that one again.

I remember being very reluctant to see American Pie. I remember thinking this will be another stupid-ass 'She's All That' type of movies... Yes I think that's my answer.

Good choice, I'm going to have to agree with you here.

Super Troopers is OK. My brother loves it but he's a firefighter so he gets all the cop-humor. They do that kinda s.hit at work (maybe not drink syrup but you get the idea).

Chris Elliot is funny. He was a writer for Letterman and he was the star of Cabin Boy.

He also was in the SNL skit "Amazin laser". His famous quote, "The amazin' laser...it's amazin'!" as his head twitches.

Elliot is one funny f.ucker.

I think Chris Elliot's problem is that he gets confused with Daniel Stern (for some unknown reason). And Daniel Stern is notoriously unfunny.

Can't think of any that go this wat atm, but movies that looked amazing and were extremely dissapointing are very common.... The first trailer for Pearl Harbor was one of the best previews I've ever seen... Starship Troupers had a great preview and another great preview was Broken Arrow.

I LOVE Starship Troopers. I realize I am in the distinct minority here. There is simply too much sci-fi/Melrose Place actors/gratuitous nudity/facist militarism/Busey-factor/cheesy psuedo-gore/Neil Patrick Harris in this film to make me not love it.
