Auto-Resizer V0.4e now available

Please note that even though the name of the application is still 'Auto-Resizer', a few extra functions/options have been added which may help both ring-game multi-tablers and people wishing to not look at their bankroll each time they see the Buy-in screen when buying into ring games (possible method of tilt reduction...).

PLEASE READ ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY, BUT AUTO-RESIZER CAN NOW DO THE FOLLWOING:

<u>[Auto] Buy-in</u>
- If activated, then Auto-Resizer will automatically press OK (ie: Always MAX Buy-in) on both Buy-in and Re-buy screens which you see when you first choose to take a seat at a table.
- This can be useful for hiding/ignoring your own bankroll (possibly less tilt...).
- This also allows quicker 'one-click rebuys' for SH and NL tables.

<u>[Auto] Wait For BB</u>
If activated, then we ALWAYS want to wait for the BB before we post and 'Wait For BB' button is automatically pressed by Auto-Resizer.

<u>[Auto] Post 1st BB</u>
If activated, then Auto-Resizer will always automatically click the 'Auto Post Blind' checkbox ONCE every time 'Wait For BB' button is automatically pressed.
<font color="red">This should be used with great care, as leaving a table unattended with this option active, could cause unintended rejoining of tables...</font>

Please also note the extra options that have been added should work on the original (non-beta) party client as well as skins such as Empire and Intertops.

As in previous versions, the automatic resizing code for the party beta client is working the same as before (seems well tested now and no feedback for a while... so seems fairly stable - I have added in some livelock breaks, so should be even safer now).
