I think one of my biggest weaknesses is river play, is this a standard raise/fold to a 3 bet hand on the river?

You have to be behind on the river after the reraise imo. Only thing you can beat here is a pair of aces and thats not the kinda hand that will reraise the river. I like how you played this hand.

I'm not sure this is a raise, esp. when you close the action. The fold is good.
