Default transferring on partypoker

Okay, here's the deal. My friend owes me money and just sent me 200 dollars on PartyPoker (a site I don't play on). I want to send it to someone and get $200 on PokerStars (my site). For the life of me I can't find the transfer feature on Partypoker. Obviously they have it because I just received money.

Don't tell me you can't transfer money on PartyPoker if you don't deposit......

I'm not sure if you will be able to or not since I don't do transfers, but to do one you have to do it through your account on the website.

Is there a reason why they will only let me transfer $50?

Don't straight out withdraw without playing any raked hands either or they will freeze your cashout.

I got it to transfer. They would only allow me to tranfer $150, I guess they want me to keep $50 in there.

I wasn't withdrawing as a cash out, just as a transfer.

You wont be able to transfer it all, you have to keep at least 50$ in your account for profitable and fun blackjack and sidebets.
