That was not there before. If you check the timestamp on the CNN article that was just updated at 6:09 pm. It said when it was first posted that Brancato was being held on suspicion of shooting the cop.

fair enough - i can only speak to what the article said at the time that i read it. i have no knowledge of what was or wasn't there before.
