Fantasy - Commissioner Decision

I am commissioner in one of my leagues. In the Toilet Bowl, we have a two week first round and the top two teams advance to the finals. Going into tonight's game, the team in question has a 15 point lead on his next, and only competitor for the last spot in the finals, who has Warrick Dunn playing tonight.

I just got home and checked the site, and found this message: "Hey commish, Sunday morning, I picked up Josh Brown and dropped Jeff Reed. Brown went directly to the bench, but I failed to go in and start him. Obviously, he was supposed to be my starting kicker as he's the only one on my roster. Can you please fix...THX!"

Checking the transactions, I see that what he says is true. But should I fix it? My take is that he screwed up and should have checked it before the games. Am I being to iron-fisted here?

Call me iron-fisted, but I don't think I make that roster move for him. He should have double-checked his roster.

If it's just for fun and the rest of the league is cool with it then I might do it. If this is a money league, I don't.
