Default basic hand question

In a standard 5/10 game, i open raise 99 UTG+1, get 3bet by a button whose play we'll say is standard. Everyone folds and I call. Flop is Q T 5. What is my plan?

Let's give button a range. Assuming he's standard 5/10, he's a bit passive and a bit positionally aware, but not really good or anything. So he's probably got something like 99+, AK-AT, KQ, maybe KJs?

Think that's a good range? How do you look on the flop against that range?

Assuming his play is "standard", I would probably check/fold. However, arguments certainly could be made for check/calling the flop and bet/folding a brick turn. It's just a tough spot. I could even see check/raising the flop, but against somebody I really don't know, I'm waiting for a better spot especially out of position.

I could see a c/r getting called down by a lot of broadways that missed, and I'm not willing to fire on bothe the turn and river blanks.

youre not in that bad of shape

Board: Qc Td 5h
Dead:

equity (%) win (%) / tie (%)

Hand 1: 62.3914 % [ 00.62 00.01 ] { AA-77, AKs-ATs, KQs-KJs, AKo-AJo, KQo }
Hand 2: 37.6086 % [ 00.37 00.01 ] { 99 }

play it passively. c/f if any more broadway comes. sometimes bet/fold the river, sometimes check/call

Thanks for the numbers. The c/c and fold to more broadway was the line I lean towards, although I'd pretty much just check/call all the way and never bet/fold the river.

I thought perhaps it was closer to a check/fold on the flop. I guess it's pretty close. Check raising also came to mind, but just didn't seem to make sense for RunDownHouse's reasons.
