Default 80/160 Quad Aces at the Borgata (Low Content)

I don't know if any of you were at the Borgata in the wee hours of the morning this Saturday, but this awesome hand went down in the 80/160 game:

I raise under the gun with AA, and UTG+1 3 bets me with 88 and I cap it. The flop is AA6. Naturally, I check and he checks behind. The turn is an 8. I bet, he smooth calls, planning to raise the river. The river is another 8. We go 6 bets on the river before he finds out his baby quads are no good. Love it.

Yeah, he actually played it so well. Most people would have probably lost 2 or 4 more bets on the river. Nonetheless, the pot was 18.5 big bets, which isn't too shabby.

How did he react? That's good playing by both of you.

Your flop check reeks of a monster. Although I don't know if you can bet there since the deck is so crippled.

If I only got 7 big bets on the turn and river in this spot I'd be pretty annoyed.

That was my thought.

I can't believe he shut down at bet 6.
