I'd just fold the flop. River cap is good. No way he plays KQ this way.

Yeah, fold the flop, even if it is a blind battle.

Peel isn't bad either. Raising is my least prefered.

My standard line would be to fold the flop but I think you played it fine. If Sb is reasonably aggresive the flop raise a good time to try to get him to lay down a better hand lik Kx or Qx. I fold the turn if that J doesn't hit though.

how clean do you really think the 8 and 9 outs are after all of the flop action and him leading the turn when the jack falls. His ag factor isn't high enough for me to consider seeing the river as I don't think that we're gonna make up enough BBs there to justify the turn peel

Raising the flop seems fine to me as long as you've got a bit of history and wouldn't 3-bet a fair number of Ax hands preflop, and would play an Ace accordingly on the flop (i.e. you don't look like you're FOS).

The rest is obviously golden.

The intent of the raise was to take a free turn if he has a weak ace or some PP. If he had broadways, there's also some fold equity.
