crap missed the edit time; converter is wrong, it's 100NL. Raise the turn to 2/3 pot? Raise villain for his last 30 on the river? I honestly thought I was beat by an oddly/terribly played A6. His tiny bets were doing what they were probably intended to do: confuse the heck out of me.

I think you played it fine. A lot of donks do this with draws or mediocre hands, they think it's a "blocking bet". He could have the diamond draw, and given his stats he could even have something like 54, in which case he made it, bad luck. He doesn't raise the turn so you're most likely ahead at that point. I think you played it fine. A river raise is debatable, you may have missed some value there, but just calling is the safe thing.

edit : you should've raised more on the turn, more like pot size. He's on a draw here 90% of the time, make sure to charge him.

I agree with you to some extent. Keep in mind that half potting offers 3:1 which is incorrect to call with a draw, especially with terrible implied odds (he has hardly any chips left). With this in mind, I'm not sure I want to commit any more chips than I have to at this point; I'd rather try to get away with 2/3 pot. I would raise to $27 here on the turn in retrospect.
