You have to go with the first option, but at the same time if a girl asked me that I'm going to have to wonder what I got myself into it and whether I should have folded pre-flop. High Maintainence! How does she expect you to answer for crying out loud.

In essence she'll find out whether you are easily intimdated because anyone with a clue that just wants sex or to continue boning her in this relationship will answer A and not even think about it. The uncomfortable slightly less confident guys could get caught up on the question and answer in a way that creates drama and a very very small percent will deviate.

What good does the question do it has very little value none the less many girls will ask it so it is intriguing.
