Default CB against a paired board.... how is turn bet here?

Villan seems like decent player, but nothing special.Been somewhat of a table coach telling people what their numbers in his poker office say about them. Haven't been in many hands with him. He's told me he thinks I'm best at the table, and has been telling people I play TAG. I have been making a cb almost every time in position, so when he calls the flop, I think he may be calling without a Q here. I think there's a chance he just wants to try and outplay me Does anyone check the turn here? Is my play standard?

I'd check behind on turn 100% of the time there. If you are ahead on turn, he folds

if you are behind he calls

check behind on turn,
call small river bet

I would check behind on turn and call his probable river bet. Try to keep the pot a little more managable in these spots.
