I like C-Ring as well, but if you C-R a lot then you need to throw some bluff C-Rs as well usually against above average players, defending against a steal etc.

My AF stats 2.5/2.9/1.8 (I dont fold a lot on the river)
and C/R 2.5%: 62/34/4.

But stats are not important anyway

Stats are incredibly important. I make at least 15% of my plays based on stats. It helps you make countless value bets and bluff raises.

God I love stats. Probably why I don't play live as much (or because I hate NL cash games).

Now, I'm assuming a lot of you don't check-raise as much as I do. I think we should discuss why.

[/ QUOTE ]
Because you guys check raise too much.

That post is geared towards multiway play where people are trying to "push people off pots". It is not geared towards the SH, and blind defense situations that we will generally be dealing with here.

It seems like your flop aggression is too high (even for the standards on this forum).

[/ QUOTE ]

A lot of the posters on this forum are weak/tight.

[/ QUOTE ]

Either that or they're passing up on lots of profitable calls.

Haha, my post was more intended towards people trying to defend the undefendable hand. Value is the most important thing, unless our hand has no showdown value. AK on a K86 flop does not need a check-raise, it wants bets.

I'm all for more c/r's at 6-max. Lord knows no one does any right now.

Would it be helpful to micro-limiters if I started saving some where I have reads and explain why it's better than flop aggression or would this just be a trite exercise?

Huh. Maybe I need to look over some hands and be a bit more passive as well.
