I'm heading out to a friends house for some...bridge...tonight, but might be stopping off at carpool beforehand to play some with a friend...if not i'd definitely be up for some this weekend...

Meh. I am a slob and not nearly cool enough for DC... so I recommend Fells Point downtown in Baltimore. Total chaos. Two years ago when Halloween fell on a Friday there were these super hot girls dressed as cops in the middle of Broadway directing (well, mostly stopping) traffic. The real cops didn't seem to care.
