I am trying to think, but all I am remembering is hot girls wearing skimpy angel costumes. It is sexy, and I like that part. It doesn't make it any less trite.

I went to a Halloween party at the officer's club at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot, San Diego. There was a girl there who had painted her entire naked body camouflage as her costume.

Bad taste maybe, but I like the obscure reference, especially impressed it was an American.

I was at the Hard Rock in Vegas a couple of years back and there was a smoking hot girl wearing nothing but a little Saran Wrap as a bra and a skirt (no undergarments). My buddy asked her what her costume was, and she replied "Duh, I'm a roll of Saran Wrap".

In Athens, OH (Halloween is a big deal there), the best I remember seeing was this guy who had built a big, 8 foot tall & perhaps 3 foot wide cylander out of chicken wire & wood. The whole contraption was big enough that you could get into it and roll yourself around by pushing on the front while walking forward. Athens is very hilly, and this guy was going up & down the main drag as a guy in a giant wheel.

Later that night, we saw the wheel chained to a lamp post outside the bar. Apparently, the guy had gotten thirsty and couldnt fit his wheel into the bar, but didn't want anyone to steal it (biketheft is a big problem in Athens, perhaps too many 2+2ers around), so he had chained it outside like a bike.

I was at a halloween party in SF, and there was the spitting image of jesus, well, dressed as jesus -- just a cloth around his waist and a crown of thorns. He was pinned up on a cross in the middle of the dancefloor, slowly rocking to the music. Someone walked in dressed as the Devil and started shouting at him. A few mild but well-put retorts shut the devil up.

Later that night, outside on the road, Jesus walked past, draggin his cross over his shoulder.

"Hey jesus" I shouted "can you get us a taxi?"
Jesus: "In this city, that's one miracle even I can't peform".
