If it wasn't exactly the way every Asian tourist I've seen play it wouldn't have been so funny (poor vietnamese immigrants excluded).

It isn't exactly a poker book. But my favorite all around strategy text is the 'Book of Five Rings', or 'Go Rin No Sho'. But your friend might already be familiar with it.

Ever since someone asked a question abotu the Aruba tournament age limitations and someone responded with "you also get to kill one white girl per trip" i pretty much gave up on calling people on crossing the line. you gotta admit, the gas prices line was almost funny.
