Did I lose these FullTilt HH's?

I've been playing on FTP to clear an affiliate bonus for PokerTracker and went to look at my past week's worth of hand histories and didn't see them. I go to OPTIONS and find that apparently i needed to have CHECKED a box to save my HH's. I did this now, but have I lost the past weeks worth of HH's? that was my starting base for analysis!!

Did you try emailing them? That's probably you're only option.
