I have trips with no kicker on a two-color board. Please categorize my mistakes into "no" and "wtf no."

Preflop: Hero is BB with 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].

I think this is played pretty fine actually. On the river, if you raise only a hand that beats you calls you, but you can't fold with trips, so it's an easy call. The turn seems basically fine as well.

I can see arguments for betting the turn and not, if you check behind he's likely to put money in on the river by leading, whereas if he's behind on the turn he folds. Of course, you do save the money if he raises on the turn, but can you fold here and be sure it's not just a stone cold bluff?

I like the way it was played. Cant fold the river giving him credit for a hand when he hasnt showed any sign of strength except people chase the flushes quite often.

Really? When I bet the flop, it looks like I have a T but am willing to give action. So I think any 7 raises. The flat call, then, seems like it would have to be a flush draw or an overpair. An overpair would've probably raised PF, so I'm thinking he has to have just hit his flush draw and wants me to bet. I really feel like he has a flush.

Probably not, unless it's a push/stack-committing bet from him.

Aight, I get it.

1) I can't be sure enough of the flush to fold.
2) Checking just lests another spade hit and then I know I'm screwed.

Good call. How much on the turn? Pot-sized?
