have you never seen pretty woman?

what you do is you have her go spend like a TON of money on rugs at other stores. the best. have her haul a truck load of rugs to the original store and make a comment about how he made a HUGE mistake. HUGE. then leave without buying any rugs at the original store and enjoy the look of regret on their face.

Dress up all nice, and go pick out a bunch of rugs from this guy. Then when you are about to pay have your girlfriend show up and cut you off since the guy was a prick to her.

if you decide against confrontation this time if there is a next time do it then, otherwise the anger will build up and you might not be able to control you self and end up bashing the guys face in and have a lawsuit on your hands.

She just left without saying anything?

[/ QUOTE ]

Yes. Well, she probably started crying first or something. She would rather just move on than confront the issue.

Thanks, dude! I was not considering kicking his ass. I'd probably lose anyway. I was talking about confronting him with words and speaking to his superior.

Yes, you should send as many friends as you have over there to ask for a rug in the same color. It helps if they can pretend to be rich. Then go in there and tell the guy he's a total douche.

The other thing you could do is go in and pretend to be interested in a really expensive rug for your whole 10-room house, get him really worked up about comission, etc. Have your girl call you on your cell and tell her where you are, come on down. Or else just have her walk in at an appointed time. Tell her you're looking at getting all this stuff. Then have her say, "No, honey, this is that needledick who told me to go to TJ Maxx instead."

"Oh, okay honey. Can I talk to the owner, needledick?"

Excellent! This is what I was looking for, along with the standard sensible advice of heading over and speaking with the manager. Thanks all.

This has "talk to his manager and get something stuck in his pooper ASAP" written all over it.

[/ QUOTE ]

this is reasonable and appropriate.

[ QUOTE ]
Then key his car.

[/ QUOTE ]

this is never justified.
