Default Best place to get cut cards?

I went to a new game last night. He had decent cards and crappy chips. The only thing that really bothered me was there were no cut cards. Where's the cheapest place to get them?

Someone suggested this a while back:

Go to Staples (or whatever) and get those 1" flexible plastic binders - LINK TO STAPLES - I got a black binder, you probably shouldn't get a clear one

Take the joker/product guarantee card/rules for draw poker card and use that as a guide to trace the shapes for the cut cards. Pencil seems to mark well on the binder. Cut the cards out, and you have yourself a decent cut card.

I actually prefer these cards than the ones you might get in retail because they are a little thicker and you can really feel where the cut card is.

You can get a lot of cut cards from one binder. I just have a stack just sitting here

Actually, if anyone is interested, PM me, and I'll give you an address so you can send me a Self-Addressed-Stamped Envelope and I'll give you a couple bridge-sized cut cards.

they're 4 for $1.75 at kardwell:

I suggest getting them in blue. for some reason the lighter colors seem thinner and you can often see the bottom card straight through. the blue ones are definitely 100% opaque.

the original "cheap way" to make a cut card is just to tape the two jokers together, facing in.

Ebay. You can buy 10 and then re-sell 8 of them for what you paid for the 10, thus giving you 2 cut-cards for free.

taping jokers works also
scrap notebooks
scrap cardboard

FREE!!!!!! take2-3 jokers from the deck together and put the faces out(the 1 in the middle won't matter) use some scotch tape 4 pieces 1 on each edge and wala!! will need some maintenance over time or just make a new 1

Yeah, I've heard about taping two jokers. I prefer to just buy the cut cards because they're so cheap. I'll save the tape idea for games that I go to that don't have cut cards.
