Is the flop call ok? I thought more about folding the turn when I paired. But figured that I might escape the flush. and a three would be an out. (althought maybe a split pot)

for devil's advocate, what if hero was on the button and somehow misclicked and saw the flop and the action went bet call call?

How many outs does hero have? How big is the pot? It's really simple.

getting 7-1 with four outs, three if the FD is out there, with the advantage of acting last on the turn and river if he makes his hand and there are bets and calls in front of him. I think its pretty close, but probably still a fold.

I think the thing that said how bad this hand was was having 7 bad outs on the turn, and then having to call and not being able to raise the river.

or should I have raised the river?
