Easy laydown? Villain is tight passive/aggressive.

How is someone passive/aggressive?
At 25nl I push here, he probably has 88+

I wouldn't reraise the flop, but if I did it would be the last penny I put in without spiking a K.

Do you think he would raise and re-raise the flop with a 7? That's all you need to think about here. (Most players in the $25 game would not do that with a 7, so push unless you know his tendencies very well.)

passive preflop, aggressive postflop.

He showed the 7.
