Pokertracker not importing all of my hands

I've played about 4,700 hands since the last time I imported onto PT. It says it imported 3,200 hands. What should I do to get the rest of the hands???

Hey man, try the software section of this site. There may be some answers already there. Also, try the PT forums at their site. They are very quick to get back to you.

this happens to me sometimes also. i hvae to close pt then import again. not sure what the cause is
